Chennai Snapshots provides appointment-based product photography services in Chennai, including simple-background product photos, detail and texture photos, small catalog batches, styled content sets, and seasonal launch sets. The scope of each project depends on the approved product count, shot list, styling needs, and delivery plan agreed before production.
Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day where accepted. Any quote remains subject to the confirmed scope, and additional work outside the agreed brief may require a revised quote or separate approval.
Bookings are handled by contact form, email, phone, or consultation appointment, and studio sessions are arranged by appointment only. Product order, reference material, and shot list details should be reviewed and approved before the session, and any sample setup or proof review is part of the production process where applicable.
Clause
All photographs, edits, layouts, and related creative materials remain the property of Chennai Snapshots or its licensors unless a separate written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred except for the limited image use expressly agreed for the project, and no RAW, rejected, or unedited files are included unless confirmed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chennai Snapshots is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for results affected by incomplete briefs, product condition, shipping or handling by others, or changes requested after approval. Retouching is limited to agreed editorial and product adjustments and does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images or any transformation beyond the approved scope.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and any dispute should first be raised with Chennai Snapshots for good-faith resolution. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over Chennai, subject to mandatory law.
